Cleanse Club is a holistic self awareness training that begins with the actual cleansing of the body, and in this process of releasing of attachments to social and emotional habits around food, we see transformation at all levels of body, mind and spirit.

Utilizing a dynamic group format, Cleanse Club supports self purification and exploration that leaves every individual empowered and excited to take on their wellness. We hold that SelfCare IS Healthcare, and seek to educate people in “the care of the human frame”.
