Founders Burt Lee, Chief Executive Officer and Patrick Kettavong, Chief Financial Officer, founded the company back in July of 1999. Later they were joined by Director of Sales and Partner Roderick Matthews, who energized the company with new Marketing and Sales techniques.
Outsourcing Information Technology, Web Development and the now new convergence of the internet base telephony brings new and exciting opportunities and prices to our growing customer base. Outsourcing technology and the convergence of telephony still continues to be a successful, profitable business today. Since then, the company has grown a talented team of support technicians and software developers based at our California Headquarters and supported by a team of distributors and partners across the globe.
Burt Lee

Burt received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering where he met and studied with his co-founder Patrick Kettavong. While studying for their degrees Patrick and Burt founded BL Sports, LLC, Tuffgirl USA (http://www.tuffgirl.net/), a San Diego-based Sporting Good and apparel company focused on personal and sporting apparel needs. It was while working at BL Sports, LLC and Tuffgirl USA that Patrick and Burt conceived the company’s flag-ship product, a way to lower the total communications cost for Small and Medium size business.
Patrick Kettavong
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operation Officer
Pat also received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and after meeting co-founding Burt, went on to work on a number of financial and reporting accounting system in the US. Patrick flair for all things technical continues to drive our products and ensures that we’re always working with the latest and best technologies available.
Roderick Matthews
VP Sales / Marketing
Rod also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Human Resource and later continue on to get a Master in Information Technology. While working for Cardinal Health, Rod met Burt and went on to building a global network communications for pharmaceutical drug dispenser. Rod friendship with Burt developed into a business partnership with Rod unique ability to identify Markets needs. Rod love and dedication for all things technical continues to drive our marketing and sales.
Richard Hilton
Web Developer
Richard received a Bachelor of Art in Teledramatic Arts and Technology. His graphic design, and web development abilities further expands Next Solutions' services. From clean website development, to user interface design, Richard Manages projects that enhance and streamline customers' ability to do their job more efficiently.
