Foursquare is aggressively seeking shopping center and mixed-use acquisition opportunities throughout the western United States.  Individual and Portfolio opportunities will be considered.

Geographic Focus

Foursquare’s primary focus for acquisition is the western United States, including Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.  We are open to reviewing opportunities in growing communities including secondary and tertiary markets.
