When you setup nBackup, you decide which directories you want to backup on your computer. You do not have to backup all your files, Just the important ones.

Exchange Server

If you want to backup an Exchange Server, the entire database is backed up into one file. This includes all the mail boxes. If you restore that one file, all the mailboxes are restored. If you select "Backup Individual Mail Boxes" you can separately backup selected individual user mailboxes. This allows you to restore that individual's mail without needing to restore the entire database.
