Polyset 1102

POLYSET™ 1102 is a low viscosity, medium molecular weight acrylate/methacrylate urethane oligomer. POLYSET™ 1102 is a hydrophobic material that possesses high thermal stability (>300° C). POLYSET™ 1102 cures via free radical mechanism, in the presence of a suitable catalyst for thermoset cure. POLYSET™ 1102 will also cure in the presence of ultra-violet or electron beam radiation. If UV cure is desired a suitable photoinitiator must be added.

POLYSET™ 1102 is recommended for coating, ink and adhesive applications. It may be useful in injection molding applications. POLYSET™ 1102 is also recommended as a blending oligomer in radcure applications to promote adhesion to heat-sensitive substrates. POLYSET™ 1102 can be blended with most monomers and oligomers.
